BAYVIEW DAZE 2017 IS COMING!

FRIDAY JUNE 30th THROUGH MONDAY JULY 3rd

JD’s Resort, Inc. is happy to again sponsor this year’s Arts and Crafts Fair and Vendor activities. Reserve your booth space now!

Booth space is - $75.00 for a 10’x10’ block for the duration of the weekend. Vendors must provide their own tables, covers and equipment for their booths. This year vendors need to provide the completed ST-124 (Link will be added)
(http://tax.idaho.gov/i-1030action-a2.cfm?hc=4OVAja1Ksyvoh50J) to secure their space. It is a first come first serve basis so I encourage you to get this paperwork to the office as soon as possible along with payment for your space.

Booth space is allotted on a first come first served basis so don’t delay; get your application & ST-124 form in early for best selection. Space will be assigned by JD Resort, Inc personnel. A set up schedule and map will be provided, June 01, 2017.

Confirmation of your application, space fee and tax form will be emailed to the address provided.

Vendors are encouraged to setup their spots on Thursday June 29th after 5pm. Vendors are required to remain open 9am - 9pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Vendor area must be cleaned and vacated by 12pm Monday the 3rd
